What Is the Aqua Dentistry Membership Plan?
The Aqua Dentistry Membership Plan is an in-house dental savings plan, not a form of insurance. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums, no claim denials, and no pre-approvals required. Benefits begin the moment you join, and your membership runs for 12 months from your enrollment date.
The plan is designed to make the care you need accessible and affordable, whether you are an adult maintaining your oral health, a parent covering a child, or a patient managing a history of periodontal disease. Four membership tiers are available to match your specific situation.
Child Complete (Ages 13 and Younger)
The Child Complete tier is priced at $38 per month or $456 per year, with an annual savings of $376. Included services are two professional cleanings, two regular exams, routine x-rays, two fluoride treatments, and one emergency exam. Members also receive a 20% discount on all additional procedures completed at the practice.
Adult Complete (Ages 14 and Older)
The Adult Complete tier is priced at $43 per month or $516 per year, with an annual savings of $380. Included services are two professional cleanings, two regular exams and screenings, routine x-rays, two fluoride treatments, and one emergency exam. Members also receive a 20% discount on all additional procedures completed at the practice.
Perio Maintenance (3 Cleanings, Ages 14 and Older)
The Perio 3 tier is priced at $55 per month or $660 per year, with an annual savings of $448. This tier is designed for patients who require more frequent maintenance due to periodontal disease. Included services are three perio maintenance visits, two regular exams and screenings, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam, along with a 20% discount on additional procedures.
Perio Maintenance (4 Cleanings, Ages 14 and Older)
The Perio 4 tier is priced at $65 per month or $780 per year, with an annual savings of $538. Included services are four perio maintenance visits, two regular exams and screenings, routine x-rays, and one emergency exam, along with a 20% discount on additional procedures.

Auto-renewal is managed through your member portal, and you will receive an email reminder 45 days before your renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time. A full refund is available if your cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current term and no discounted services have been used during that term.
The membership plan can also be used alongside our other financing options, such as CareCredit, to further reduce out-of-pocket costs for larger treatments. Patients who do have dental insurance are welcome to review both options with our team to determine what works best for their situation.
